While we were away, taking stock somewhere far distant, we find on our return that Tasmina, Alex Salmond's partner in Russian Television, has been well and truly chased out of the Court of Session for trying to overturn the decision of the Scottish Solicitors' Discipline Tribunal in awarding expenses against her in the case in which she was up before the Tribunal.
Tasmina had crossed swords with the Law Society of Scotland following irregularities in her law firm accounts and subsequently going bust. Facing the Tribunal was the inevitable consequence of those difficulties.
