At the time of writing, we are not sure whether or not it is a joke after this clown of a Health Secretary in London, someone by the name of Matt Hancock, stated that drinkers will now have to register online before going for a pint. We're not sure because, while the idea seems ridiculous, on second thoughts it's exactly the bizarre sort of thing he would do. Remember his coronavirus- tracing App?
With a thoroughly incompetent Health Secretary, the nationalist Jeane Freeman, in Scotland, and this clown, Hancock, in England, no wonder Healthcare is knackered. To escape this pair we would need something infinitely more potent than anything the NHS could ever provide.
