No sooner had we opened our big mouth yesterday than our old friend Brian Wilson popped up in the national dailies with a howitzer of criticism of the nationalists' Workplace Parking Tax. Brian is, of course, the high heid yin just along the road from us at Harris Tweed Hebrides.
Brian's mill employs 80 staff in the most isolated part of the British Isles where public transport is non-existent. Should this proposed tax be introduced it will obviously have a hugely detrimental effect on his business. Brian also makes the point that since 2013 the Scottish Nationalist government has cut revenue to the Western Isles Council by 20%.
And the Western Isles still return that utter nationalist fool Angus Brendan MacNeil to Westminster?!!! We deserve everything we get.
