It has been a long time - the best part of two years, in fact - since we last made a purchase of the West Highland Free Press, ever since the paper gave the boot to its two outstanding columnists, The Reverend Professor and Macuilliam Himself. We often disagreed with both columnists but we never for a second thought of that as any reason at all to cancel our subscription.
We know that Macuilleam Himself has prospered greatly since, what with being the High Heid Yin at the Shawbost Mill and getting to invite the likes of Princess Anne and Corbyn, J to visit his premises. He sure is getting on in the world and as far away as can be from the long-haired commie he was in his youth.
But what has happened to The Reverend Professor since?
