We have been away for quite a while doing yet another stretch but we have never pretended to be perfect anyway. Our problem causes a lot of other problems - and we are teetering on the brink again having seen this morning's headlines.
The headlines are that Angus Brendan, MP for these isles, has been nominated for consideration as MP Of The Year. The awards ceremony will take place on 15 November in the House of Commons. We simply couldn't believe it. However, reading on, we discovered that the event is being 'sponsored' by KPMG, international accountants of very dubious reputation.
Immediately, everything fell into place.
