We have never seen ourselves as being able to predict beyond our nose but today we have been reminded of what we wrote as long ago as 21 December 2012 about the prospects of Lib Dem MPs and how many would be returned to Parliament come 2015.
We wrote, obviously while on a high of something, that 'our own prediction is fewer than ten, with, perhaps, the MP for Orkney and Shetland the only one north of The Border'.
Who needs those stupid polling companies when we're about?
