We see the vote went 254 for and 86 against. The significance of the figures is twofold, firstly, that 25% of the voters were against and, secondly, that those who were against were the most discerning residents in our midst who think for themselves rather than follow blind.
While we wish the proposed Trust well we cannot help but feel uneasy, very uneasy.
