We had a seizure of laughter this morning when we heard on the wireless some of the bizarre recommendations made by that wonderful body of the country's finest, Police Scotland, to Edinburgh City Council about conditions to be attached to licences granted to saunas in our capital city.
Three of the recommendations were roundly rejected by the Council. Those were (1) that standard massage tables be a feature of the premises (2) that people offering massage should have certified qualifications and (3) wait for it! that no items of a sexual nature be allowed on the premises!!!!
Is there one single, solitary brain working at Police Scotland?
