Yesterday, 129 Labour MPs rebelled against this ghastly Labour Government and flatly told Prime Minister Keir Starmer that they would be voting against the government's proposed benefits cuts scheduled for debate in the House of Commons next week. Much as we expected, our local MP, Torcuil Crichton, was not one of the rebels.
Pathetic. Torcuil is not fit to represent us. Even after only 11 months as an MP, Torcuil's already living on borrowed time.
