It was the next logical step for The Buffoon. Humza is, very obviously, a man who will never forget or forgive and takes great delight in the humiliation of his enemies. In offering former Finance Secretary and fellow leadership challenger, Kate Forbes, only a junior role in Government, he has shown what he's really like underneath that bluster.
It was Kate who, most memorably, asked Useless on television that when he was Transport Secretary the trains never ran on time; that when he was Justice Secretary Police Scotland was strained to breaking point; that as Health Secretary hospital waiting lists were longer than ever, so how did he think he could run Scotland as First Minister???!!! Answer came none.
Kate can console herself with the knowledge that she is the only brain in the ghastly coterie of misfits that represents the SNP in Parliaments both Holyrood and Westminster. She now has one of two choices (1) continue as an MSP on the back benches and wait for the inevitable implosion of this intellectually bereft Government or (2) defect to Labour.
We know what we'd do, pronto!
