This fellow Williamson is supposed to be the Secretary of State for Education in England. We understand that he is better known as Private Pike among his colleagues - and we can readily see why.
He and John Swinney MSP, 'Cabinet Secretary for Education' in Scotland, make a very fine pair, a very fine pair of eggheads that is.
