It has become almost our full time occupation keeping abreast of the madhouse known as Police Scotland. And no wonder.
Yesterday, we were treated to a newspaper revelation that Police Scotland are now targeting new housing estates to catch drivers with their old address still on their licence. Add the fact that officers are also sitting outside takeaway restaurants to catch takeaway drivers who have not updated their insurance policy to take account of their delivery work, and officers entering false statistics for stop and search, we truly have an organisation way out of control.
