It certainly has not been a good week for our old friend, local-based journalist Iain X Maciver. As if his client, former MSP Bill Walker, was not in trouble enough over women, Iain compounded the problem a million fold simply by being even more stupid than Bill himself. That is quite an achievement.
Add to that little adventure Iain's unhappy time as Public Relations Officer for the Western Isles Health Board some years ago - which coincided with a shambolic period for the Board - and we can only wonder out loud whether Iain is fit for purpose. Either that or he is very, very, very unlucky.
