It is just as well that we are still able to afford the West Highland Free Press as, otherwise, and certainly as far as the Carloway Estate Trust Steering Group is concerned, we would be very merrily in the dark as to what is happening with the potential buy-out of Carloway Estates Ltd.
Today, the WHFP reports that the steering group is in the process of applying for funding to engage consultants to undertake a feasibility study. But why did the steering group not let us know in some more proper way what they were up to instead of our finding out by chance from a newspaper article?
We continue to hae oor doots about it all.
