Well, That Was The Week That Was in Scottish politics when a whole squad of senior Scottish politiciams and apparatchiks paraded before the UK Covid Inquiry. Unquestionably, the prize scalp was that of the malignant and foul-mouthed Nicola Sturgeon, former First Minister of Scotland.
The star performer in our view was Scottish Secretary Alister Jack, MP for Dumfriesshire, who had many dealings with Ms Sturgeon during the Covid era. He had watched Ms Sturgeon perform in the witness box the day before and 'didn't believe her evidence for a minute' before adding that 'she could cry with one eye if she wanted to'.
And what about all those deleted WhatsApp messages? How many lies have been told? And why hasn't Police Scotland started a major criminal investigation into the destruction of Government records? Sturgeon, Swinney, Lloyd, Yousaf & Company, have we ever come across such a shower of scoundrels rotten to the core?
And eternal shame on the two church organisations in the Western Isles that provide the powerbase here for this utterly dishonest Nationalist curse sowing nothing but division and hatred. One has its base at Kenneth Street and the other in the Southern Isles.
