Scientists say that the chances of contracting Covid outdoors in normal circumstances are negligible. If that is correct, and if Covid is infinitely more transmittable indoors than outdoors, then why the hell is every government in the UK insisting that, under pain of prosecution and criminalisation, everyone MUST stay indoors for the duration?
Surely the most sensible advice a government could give would be to advise the polulace in these turbulent times to get as much exercise and fresh air as possible while keeping well-distanced from others just to be on the safe side?
And surely Constabularies up and down the country should develop infinitely more common sense - or is that far too much to ask?
Is EVERYONE in government an idiot - and is EVERY Chief Constable in the land so brain-dead that he cannot think for himself?
