All too often nowadays, and especially with those Scottish Nationalists in government, we feel that we are losing the little sanity that we had. These people are frightening.
Just a day or two ago Nicola imposed special restrictions on Glasgow, East Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire. She decreed you can no longer call and visit your elderly granny who might be living alone and neglected in those areas but you can nevertheless take that same granny with you to the pub, a pub that might be heaving with young people under 25 and who are now, rightly or wrongly, thought to be the main transmitters of Covid.
Nicola likes nothing more than the sound of her own voice and, most unfortunately, Covid has given her maximum air time whereby she can pontificate to the world at large and issue decree after decree as to who can, and cannot, get on with their lives. This latest is a classic example in everyday nationalist bullying and much like tyrants the world over. We're long sick of the bloody lot of them.

NOTE : On 07 September, by summary decree, Nicola added both Renfrewshire and Dunbartonshire East to her dreaded no-go list.
